NBB products come with a 30-day warranty. Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be made within 30 working days of delivery. Refunds or repairs are offered after inspection. Refunds are made to the original payment method. This warranty excludes bespoke installations and does not affect statutory rights.
NBB offers market-leading guarantees on all shelters and street furniture, ensuring products are free from material or natural defects. Manufactured in the UK to high standards, with anti-corrosive coatings, they are built for durability. NBB will repair or replace items with manufacturing defects, excluding fair wear and tear.
NBB Outdoors proudly offers Triplex multi-layer powder coating for superior corrosion protection, guaranteed for 25 years in C5 conditions, supported by AkzoNobel. Like car paint, coatings require cleaning and maintenance. Regular inspections and touch-ups for minor damage are essential. Claims may be rejected for non-compliance or fair wear and tear.
NBB guarantees recycled plastic products against material defects, splintering, rotting, and decay for 25 years, excluding color variations and production-related textures. Defective products will be replaced after inspection, but improper use, modifications, or incorrect installation void the guarantee. Products not manufactured by NBB are also excluded from this guarantee.
