All products purchased from NBB come with a standard 30-day warranty. The Customer must make any claims for damaged, defected or missing product within 30 working days of receipt of delivery. The Company reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 30 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights. In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition. This warranty excludes bespoke installations. 

At NBB we are pleased to offer a range of market-leading no quibble guarantees for all shelters and street furniture products, for your peace of mind. We guarantee that our manufactured products will be delivered free from material defects and will not show any natural defects. All our items are manufactured to the highest BS EN and ISO standards right here in the UK, and we apply anti-corrosive coatings to all steel frames, ensuring they will stand up to the rigours of use and everyday life for years to come! NBB will remedy any failure in the Goods and/or Services, we provide, excluding fair wear and tear, by replacement or repair. This Guarantee applies to defects in the Seller’s manufacture, design, materials, or workmanship that occur under proper use and maintenance conditions.

NBB Outdoors are incredibly proud to be a service first provider of Triplex multi-layer powder coating, the latest innovation in industry-leading corrosivity protection that’s backed by AkzoNobel (the people behind Dulux). All Triplex coated products are guaranteed for at least 25 years in C5 conditions. Please not industrial coatings are no different to the paint on your car – they need cleaning and maintaining. Accumulated dirt may affect the design life of the system, and any mechanical damage almost certainly will. Therefore, regular inspections should take place and minor damage must be touched up. NBB reserves the right to reject any claims that do not comply with these standards or that demonstrate fair wear and tear.

We guarantee that our recycled plastic products are delivered free of material defects and not show any natural defects for at least 25 years. This includes splintering, rotting and decay. Please note that colouring is not included within this guarantee. Plastic products may show variation to colouring together with production related textured surfaces, cavities, and inclusions. NBB Outdoors will replace products found to be defective during the guarantee period, subject to thorough inspection. Products found to be defective during the guarantee period through improper application, use, modification, incorrect assembly, or installation are excluded from the guarantee.
