Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury

Salisbury district hospital recently contacted NBB in need of a shelter to provide cover for one of their entranceways. After surveying the site, it was agreed upon that a bespoke Winterbourne Freestanding Shelter would be best suited to the environment.

The finished project measures L4000 x D3000 x H3160 and is galvanised and powder coated in White RAL 9003

This surface treatment – carried out to ISO 1461:2009 with a minimum coverage of UM85 – means the structure will be guaranteed to last for a minimum of 25 years maintenance-free, serving the hospital for many years to come.  The roof is made from clear triple wall 16mm polycarbonate, to allow light to penetrate the sheltered areas.
